DISTRETTO A I won the first edition of the Faenza mural contest 2011 the wall is a corner wall in the main centre of the city . Faenza is a little city with an old tradition in artistic ceramic craft and projected in the future by a very modern ceramic museum. The district where the wall is, is a very active and productive area in art of all the city, so i thought about to representing the inspiration that this corner of the city is influenced by. I pass my first day in the city museum and took the same inspiration about the textures of the old memories to fill inside my background. My mural has the colours of the old bricks,the terracotta , the pottery and mixed with a graffity lettering.         |
